ALPHA 4

A. Power clean - 5x3; walk rest 3'

Finally got the low catch down pretty well, which I used on the last 2 sets. It helps immensely with handling heavier weight with the same amount of power as catching it at a higher position (if that makes sense).

B. Romanian Deadlift - 5x10 ; rest 90"

Used lifting straps and stood on 3" box.

C. Push press - 5x3; rest 2'

Was in a rush tonite, so couldn't do my usual walking rests between sets. Got off "work" late as usual, staying around till 1900 doing absolutely nothing. I've been able to train in the field a whopping 3 times in the 4 months since my arrival at the unit, and they expect us to deploy in 6 weeks to fight an enemy that has been training to kill us since he was 2 years old. Gives me a nice warm fuzzy feeling. Sorry for the rant.
