5 rounds - 1' rest b/t exercises:
A. 2 Rope climb, 20ft
:38/:41/:36/:39/:36 - took 4 pulls per ascent
B. L-sit, max seconds
15/14/14/13/13 - did these on 2 x 2-pood KB handles, and stopped the clock when my feet hit the ground.
C. 3 weighted pistols/side
26# for all, almost flexible enough to do them unweighted...maybe next cycle...
